ChinUp on "5 months and nothing and then... bites."

Good morning all.
I have some discouraging news. My son woke up this morning with 3 bites on his arm. So... I threw the bedding in the washer/dryer and steamed the crap out of his furniture and carpet.
Time for a coffee break.
How can 5 months pass with not one sign and then this?
Obviously, I missed something. But, it doesn't surprise me because even though with each passing day I've become more confident that I rid them from my home, I know they are sneaky little blood thirsty mofos and this house is big and with 3 bedrooms and a man cave in the basement, I knew this was a possibility.
I didn't treat the man cave. Fix the problem and not the blame.
Coffee break is over. Time to continue cleaning. Chin UP! At least I know what to do. I'm a step ahead already.
