Me and my wife who is 8 months pregnant moved to a new apartment a week back. Last weekend when we were unpacking we discovered couple of bed bugs in a room. We complained at the leasing office and they scheduled inspection of our unit. A guy from http://www.calamericanext.com/ came and inspected my apartment for around 15 mins but he didn't find any bed bugs. He believed that we had bed bugs when I showed him 4 bed bugs that I killed and kept it in a ziplock bag. They are now going to treat our apartment. So far I have found around 12 bed bugs (on walls and carpet). We haven't been bitten nor we have found any bugs around our bed or in our stuff.

The exterminator agency gave us a list of instructions to prep our house for treatment - http://media.wix.com/ugd/e3ccf8_3f37663471684b90968b1f427a4f5282.pdf
For the last four days I have been laundering, heat treating using zappbugg all my stuff. There are going to be three treatments (1 every week) and it is going to start on June 26th and final inspection will be on July 17th. For this entire 1 month period we will have to live out of bags. The problem is around that time my wife's last month of pregnancy will begin. If the final inspection is not satisfactory or if we find more bed bugs after that then they will do another round of treatment. This has put us me and my wife under lot of stress as we might have to bring our new born in this apartment with bed bugs!

So, I need advice on what should I do? The options that I can think of:
* Stay in the current apartment and hope for the best
* Do heat treatment in a moving truck and move to a new apartment
* Move to a new apartment with only our essentials and leave all the other stuff behind. We will launder, zappbug all our essentials.

We are really going crazy thinking about this and any advice will be helpful. At the moment money is not an issue but health of my wife is.

Thanks!
