We has our first treatment last week and the upcoming one is next week. PCO said it was a light infestation. I have seen several dead nymphs in the climbups and one slow moving adult on the floor in my daughter's room since then. I had the whole house treated (except kitchen and bathroom).

There are nothing in the bedrooms except beds and empty dressers. I dont let mey daughter hang out in her room right now, nor do I spend anytime in my room, except to sleep.

All clothes are in Ziploc bags, placed in plastic bins with a lid. I am doing daily laundry--mainly after I get home from work--which consists of the night clothes we wore to bed previously.

But after reading these posts, I wonder if I am doing this wrong?

I have a long work day and may daughter is in school all day, then an aftercare program. Am i supposed to have us take off our clothes as soon as we walk in everyday? I have us take off our shoes and put into bags (for me to clean later) but I dont change until its time for bed. I put our bags on the hat rack right next to the front door, and they go into the Zappbug every morning before we leave for the day. I was putting our shoes in their as well but notice the glue on some of them are starting to disintegrate and I will be spraying them with alcohol instead.

On weekends, am I supposed to change every time I leave the house???

I am so exhausted everyday and I am crying as I type this because I dont want to mess this up.I cant tell if every little black, red or white colored thing is a bug or lint or a rock or a piece of food or whatever. I want these things gone.

My fear and paranoia has gotten so bad, I am going to see the doctor today.

What are the damn rules?!?!?!
